The project consists of two buildings, each with a ground floor and two upper floors. The southern building will have seven apartments, and the northern one will have six. The centrally located access area includes a lift in each building, allowing barrier-free access to the entire complex.


Beneath the two residential buildings, there is an underground car park with 18 parking spaces, which is accessed via a ramp at the southern end of the site. Additionally, the basement level houses the necessary ancillary rooms for the complex and a bicycle storage room.


Both buildings are mainly oriented to the east, which results from the elongated north-south orientation of the plot. All apartments have either a terrace with a garden or a balcony.
